The strategic choices, such as black and white marble tiles reminiscent of the classic era, evoke a sense of nostalgia while enhancing the brownstone's charm.

Throughout the parlor floor, Mankins masterfully blends neutral palettes with vibrant hues. “We created a neutral envelope using Color Atelier lime paint in Old White, punctuated with colorful upholstery and printed pillows,” she explains.
